Whole Intent’s Full Body Workout Routine in Denver

This quick and easy full body workout routine from our Denver office is designed for beginners, male or female, and will last roughly 15 minutes. It’s that quick! This workout is specifically designed to be completed without any equipment, however if you have any weights available and want to challenge yourself even further, please feel free to incorporate them in safe and appropriate ways (read more on weight lifting safety tips).

This workout hits every muscle group (hence the name “full body workout routine”) and the goal is to move continuously. Complete the following circuit as many times as you can in 15 minutes to burn fat and build muscle:

  • 10 squats
  • 10 regular pushups
  • 10 lunges (on each leg)
  • 10 narrow (triceps) pushups
  • 10 jump squats
  • 10 hip hinges (aka Good Mornings)

Quick, easy, and lean!

If you find the exercises not challenging you enough, feel free to alter the exercises! There are plenty of variations on the exercises above that you can throw into the mix. Are regular pushups too boring? Try implementing some thumb-up pushups. Lunges not engaging enough? Replace them with one leg squats or add some weight into the mix. Does your back feel left out? Try working in some bridges or planks.
