One of the most frequently asked questions our nutrition coach gets is “how can I curb my appetite?” If your goal is to lose weight by burning fat, a combination of diet modifications and exercise are the way to go--but dieting can be difficult when your stomach is begging for those extra calories that you can’t afford to spare.
