$50/session - 1-on-1 training includes a 60-minute training session, complete with a guided warm-up, comprehensive aerobic workout, targeting specific muscle groups, and a cool-down with recovery stretches.
$40/session - This 45 minute session helps combat muscle fatigue and soreness through effective stretching protocols. Resistance training causes muscle fibers to become misaligned. Regular and proper stretching can counteract this.
This dance-based workout is designed specifically for women to build the foundation for good posture that helps you exude the confidence you want to portray.
$60/session - Group training sessions include a 60-minute training session that includes warm-up, complete aerobic workout targeting specific muscle groups and a cool-down with recovery stretches. Group training requires a minimum of 4 participants and can have no more than 8 participants.
